- Demerara sugar2 cup
- Oat flour2 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Passion Fruit Juice (with seeds, optional)1 cup
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender add all the ingredients, except the yeast, and beat well for approximately 8 minutes.
- Add the chemical yeast and stir by hand.
- Put the dough in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, use a toothpick to see if it's done.
- FOR SYRUP I USED: 1 cup of Passion Fruit Juice with seeds (if you don't like to chew the seeds, just strain) 1 tbsp of Maisena, dissolved in 1/2 cup of water 2 tbsp of 100% stevia sweetener Bring to a boil , stir until you get a firmer consistency.
