- Lactose-free skimmed milk powder or coconut milk powder1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 70%1 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter or Nuts2 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- After, leave the dough in the fridge for 6 hours wrapped in plastic wrap to give a firmer consistency.
- When the necessary time has passed, remove the dough from the fridge, moisten the palm of your hands, open it in a circular way and roll it in the strawberries in the shape of a coxinha. Pass in powdered milk to finish!
