- Natural Yogurt1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Cashew nut cream (can be peanut butter)2 tablespoon
- Half flaked oats1 cup
- 70% chocolate chips125 g
- Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- Mash the bananas and set aside;
- Mix the eggs and yogurt with the help of a whisk;
- Add the banana, vanilla, cinnamon and cashew nut cream and mix well;
- Add the oatmeal and chocolate chips and mix;
- Add the baking powder and mix again;
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tins (can also be in a large cake tin);
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (remember to do the toothpick test). And they're ready!
