- Dried Hibiscus1/4 cup
- Water200 ml
- Ice water100 ml
- Pear orange1 unit(s)
- refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Ice cube10 unit(s)
- Boil the hibiscus with 200ml of water for 5 minutes. Coe and book in the fridge for about 2 hours or until it's cold.
- Cut the orange in half and squeeze half into the iced tea.
- Add the sugar and 100ml of ice water and mix.
- Cut the other half of the orange into slices and place it in the tea.
- Add the ice cubes, mix and serve immediately.
