Vi essa receita de brigadeiro de capim santo, também conhecido como erva cidreira e testei ela.
Genteeeee do céu!!! Eu amei

Bata no liquidificador as folhas de capim santo com leite e coe. Depois leve ao fogo com os demais ingredientes.
Mexa até dar ponto de brigadeiro.
Coloque em um prato e deixe esfriar.
Depois enrole como brigadeiro e se desejar  passe no açúcar cristal.

Blend the lemongrass leaves with milk in a blender and strain. Then bring it to a boil with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir until you get a brigadier point.
Place on a plate and let cool.
Then roll up like a brigadeiro and, if you wish, pass in crystal sugar.
