- Milk powder1 cup

- Emulsifier1 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the milk, powdered milk and sugar for about 3 minutes until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Then put it in a pot and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours, until it's very cold, almost wanting to freeze.
- Then put this mixture in a mixer and add 1 packet of powdered juice of the flavor of your choice and 1 spoon full of emulsifier, beat well until it triples in size. If you beat it with a planetary mixer, it will beat for about 5 minutes, if you use a regular mixer, it will beat for about 10 minutes.
- After that, put it in pots and take it to the freezer until it hardens.
- Makes approximately 4 liters
