PAÇOCA CASEIRA 🥜

Ingredientes:

2 xícaras de chá (xícara) de amendoim torrado e sem pele
1 xícara de chá (xícara) de açúcar
1 pitada de sal

Modo de preparo:

Bata no liquidificador o açúcar, amendoim e o sal, bata até virar uma farofa bem fininha

Despeje a mistura em uma tigela e mexa com as pontas dos dedos por alguns minutos, este processo faz com que o amendoim libere seu óleo natural. Transfira a mistura para uma forma, espalhe apertando bem, leve para gelar por 30 minutos. Corte os pedaços em quadrados e sirva!

Ingredients:

2 cups of roasted and skinless peanuts
1 cup of tea (cup) of sugar
1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Blend the sugar, peanuts and salt in a blender until it turns into a very fine crumb.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir with your fingertips for a few minutes, this process causes the peanut to release its natural oil. Transfer the mixture to a mold, spread it out by pressing it well, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut the pieces into squares and serve!
