- Biological Yeast40 g

- Mix the yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl, mix everything until the yeast is completely dissolved. While the yeast rests, beat the other liquid ingredients in the blender for approximately 5 minutes. Mix the ingredients with the yeast and add the wheat flour little by little, knead until it releases from the bowl, if necessary add more flour or grease your hand with oil when kneading. When the dough comes out of the bowl, roll it into braided pieces and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then brush egg yolk mixed with coffee and take it to the oven, at an approximate temperature of 180° to 200°. When you remove from the oven, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. TIP: When you finish rolling the donuts, make a small ball and place it in a glass full of water, when the ball rises the donuts are ready to be baked.
