- Water500 ml
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Peel the bananas and cut into finger-width slices.
- In a pan put the bananas, sugar, water and cinnamon powder.
- Place over medium heat, stirring every 10 minutes so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the syrup looks like caramel, it's ready. It takes about 1 hour.
- Place in a bowl and let cool completely before serving.
