- In a heavy-bottomed pan, place all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring slowly with a silicone or wooden spoon.
- When it threatens to boil and rise, lower the heat and continue stirring, this time more quickly. At this point you will see a foam forming on the edges, remove it whenever it appears with a spoon and stir again (this foam usually crystallizes or burns, then it ends up forming small hard lumps after it is ready)
- In 30 minutes you will notice that it is thickening and darkening, start stirring more vigorously so it doesn't burn.
- Turn off the fire when it's in the creamy texture, then just let it cool and enjoy!
