- Sugar1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Tablespoon of salt1/4 coffee spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Sour cream100 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- In a bowl mix the sugar, wheat flour and salt, add the milk and stir until all the wheat flour "lumps" are removed.
- Place over low heat and stir constantly until creamy.
- Then mix the yolk and the egg, add a little warm milk to the eggs and stir some more, mix the eggs with the cream and lead to the low fire, stirring constantly for another two minutes.
- Take the cream to the fridge for two hours
- Then mix the cream with a whisk together with the cream and the vanilla essence.
- Put it in the freezer until it freezes
- Serve as an accompaniment to sweets and cakes.
