- Wheat flour4 cup
- Milk300 ml
- Margarine100 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate bar500 g
- In a large bowl, place the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, margarine, salt and yeast.
- Mix the ingredients and with your hand knead the dough for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Place the dough in a container and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and leave it to a thickness of 1 or 2 centimeters.
- Cut the dough with two cutters of different sizes to form a donut.
- Put the cut dough in a shape and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Fry the donuts over medium heat until golden.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and dip the donuts in and decorate with sprinkles.
