- Butter1 tablespoon
- Roasted, skinless peanuts1 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Icing sugar to taste
- If your peanut is not roasted, just put it in the oven for about 20m and remove the shells soon after. (Half the time, turn the peanuts to toast the other side)
- put 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan and let it melt until it starts to turn caramel.
- Add the peanuts and mix well, as soon as it gets all involved by the caramel.
- Add 1 can of condensed milk and always mix on low heat until it gets to the point of brigadeiro. (You can't let it turn into a liquid caramel, it needs to be slightly creamy).
- When you put it on you will notice that it will clog and you will think that something has gone wrong, but don't worry keep mixing.
- Put it in a greased shape and lined with parchment paper and take it to freeze for about 3 hours, cut, pass in icing sugar, remove the excess and enjoy.
