- Recipe
- unsweetened corn flakes2 cup
- oat flakes2 cup
- medium or fine shredded coconut (just avoid the very thick one)1 cup
- Roasted skinless peanuts2 cup
- crushed pistachios2 cup
- toasted almonds2 cup
- cashew nuts2 cup
- raisins2 cup
- cranberry raisin2 cup
- oil2 tablespoon
- agave honey1 cup
- Mix everything in a large bowl, using your hands, to integrate the nuts and fruits well.
- Add two tablespoons of oil and mix well.
- Finally, add the agave. It has to be pretty sticky.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with oil.
- Put the granola on the baking tray and spread it out, flattening it with the help of a spatula. If you want to eat the granola in pieces, try to level the surface, carefully squeezing and joining the ingredients to bind.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bake the granola in a low oven (180°C) for approximately 40 minutes. But don't trust the clock. After 30 minutes, watch and take care not to burn. This granola is easy to burn at the bottom and then there is no salvation.
- Wait to cool down and put it in a well closed pot. It lasts about 15 days (if it doesn't end before).
