- Black and seedless grapes300 g
- Sugar100 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Water200 ml
- Cut the grapes into 4 parts and put them in the oven with the water and half the sugar.
- When the water boils, add the other half of the sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
- Keep stirring every 3 minutes so it doesn't burn.
- Wait to reduce until reaching the jelly point (consistent).
- At the end use the mixer so it doesn't get lumpy (optional)
- Transfer to an airtight glass container (do not fill to the brim). Leave the pot closed and upside down for a few minutes.
- Turn the pot, wait for it to cool down a little more and store it in the fridge.
