- Milk500 ml
- Sour Cream400 ml
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Ice Cream Powder (Vanilla or Neutral)15 g
- Emulsifier5 g
- Grated Coconut (Best fresh coconut)1 to taste
- Strawberry Juice (Powder)1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder 50%1 to taste
- Homemade Strawberry Jam1 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Beat the milk, powdered milk, emulsifier, ice cream powder, coconut milk, cream and condensed milk in a blender. Pour into a covered container and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours or until it starts to harden. After that, take the cream to the mixer and let it beat for about 10 minutes without stopping. You will notice that it will double in volume (if you don't get everything in the mixer bowl, do the process 2 times). After 10 minutes, if you choose to make the Neapolitan flavor, divide it into three portions, first beat the cream a little more, adding the coconut, then beat the cream, adding the strawberry juice and jelly, and finally the cream with the chocolate. Pour into containers with lids and take to the freezer until hardened to the point of ice cream. You can add syrup for ice cream when serving.
