- Condensed milk400 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Juice Packet1 unit(s)
- Neutral Alloy1 coffee spoon
- Emulsifier1 coffee spoon
- Blend everything in a blender except the emulsifier.
- Put it in a rum container with tanpa and put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
- When ice crystals start to form, remove from the fridge.
- Beat again in a mixer, add 1 teaspoon of the emulsifier and beat for another 5 minutes.
- (This part helps with creaminess and, therefore, its volume is doubled)
- As you beat, the mass of the ice cream increases.
- Finished beating, add in pots with lid, and take it to the fridge.
- Let it cool until it reaches the desired point.
- Then serve yourself with whatever you prefer.
- Enjoy your food!!
