- Water500 ml
- Tang strawberry juice1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Half a spoon of emulsifier1 dessert spoon
- Place the water, strawberry tang juice, cream and condensed milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Then put it in a bowl or ice cream pot and take it to the fridge for 3 hours until it crystallizes.
- When it crystallizes, put it in another container, put the emulsifier and hit the mixer for 10 minutes.
- Put it in the container or ice cream pot and take it to the freezer for 5 hours or overnight. And it's ready, just enjoy yourself.
