- Jackfruit hoopoe5 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Water400 ml
- Clove6 unit(s)
- Remove the seeds from the jackfruit and wash the fruit with warm water to remove the stickiness.
- In a pan with the water, sugar and cloves and let it boil until all the sugar dissolves. Then put the jackfruit and let it cook for 40 minutes, stir every 10 minutes.
- When the syrup darkens and the jackfruit becomes a little transparent, the homemade jackfruit jam is ready!
- Remove from heat, let cool and store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
