- Ripe mangoes (peeled and pitted)2 unit(s)
- Whole milk1 cup
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Place the mangoes with the milk in the blender. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Pass the blended contents through a fine sieve if the mangos are lint-free. Return the liquid to the blender.
- Add the cream and condensed milk. Stir with a spoon. And beat for 3 minutes.
- Place the contents of the blender in a jar with a lid, close. Place in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Transfer the ice cream to the mixer and beat on high speed for 10 minutes. This process will bring creaminess to the ice cream.
- After beaten, put the ice cream in the pot, close with the lid. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chocolate syrup.
