- Put the chestnuts in the oven (180°) for 15 minutes. Remove and place in a dish towel and rub to remove the peels (be careful not to burn your hands). It doesn't have to be perfect, but if you rub your fingers on the ones that the crusts don't come off on the cloth, they come off easily. Take the chestnuts to the processor with the coconut oil and beat until well crushed. You need to stop the processor and stir with a spoon frequently.
- After about 5 minutes, add the sugar and beat again until it becomes a paste. You can have pieces of hazelnut, it tastes good. If it's too hard, add a little water to help beat it.
- Transfer to a glass container. Place the chocolate in the microwave to melt (30 seconds at a time, in my case, only 30 seconds was enough). Mix the chestnut paste with the chocolate and enjoy!
