- Warm water200 ml
- Dry yeast10 g

- Melted butter80 g
- Essence of Panettone1 teaspoon
- Orange essence1 teaspoon
- Raisins100 g
- Candied fruit100 g
- I started by preparing the sponge. In a container I put half the warm water, all the yeast and 2 spoons of wheat flour, mixed well and let it rest until it became a sponge.
- In a vase I mixed the rest of the ingredients and mixed the sponge. I kneaded the dough for 10 minutes, covered it with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- After that time, I opened the dough and added the raisins and fruits, divided it into two parts, placed it inside the paper molds and left it resting for another 20 minutes. Then I put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
