- Water500 ml
- Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Emulsifying gel2 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in the mixer, except the emulsifier.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Take everything back to the mixer, add the emulsifying gel and beat until doubled in volume.
- If available, add passion fruit jelly and just take it to the fridge again for at least 5 hours before consumption.
