- Raspberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Place the gelatine powder in the blender and add 205ml of warm water and beat;
- Add 250ml of water at room temperature, the cream and condensed milk and beat until you form a cream;
- Transfer this cream to a pot and take it to the freezer for 4 hours;
- After 4 hours, take this cream, which will already be a little frozen, to the mixer and beat until it doubles in size, about 15 minutes;
- Take it to the freezer again and after 8 hours your ice cream will be ready. Yields 3 liters of ice cream if you beat it a lot in the mixer.
