- Strawberries300 g
- Sugar250 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Sanitize the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- Cut the strawberries into circles or not too small squares.
- Bring the strawberries and sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally, until well blended and over medium heat.
- When the strawberry has a very dense syrup, turn off the heat and add half of the squeezed lemon.
- Perfect to accompany with toast, cake fillings and sweets.
