- Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar or xylitol1 tablespoon
- Clean the strawberries and cut into pieces.
- Put everything in a pan and take it to the medium fire, stirring occasionally, until you reach the desired jelly point.
- Store in a tightly closed glass jar for up to 30 days in the refrigerator. Remember to sterilize the pot with boiling water first!
