- Spiced chocolate bar1 kg
- 200g plastic or silicone egg mold1 unit(s)
- To start with the help of a knife, break the bar into small pieces, to facilitate the melting. Divide into 3 parts and melt or microwave stirring for 30s or in a bain-marie. Melts completely.
- After melting, stir until it cools down a little to put in the molds. Pour the chocolate into the plastic or silicone mold, spread it all over and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Remove and place another layer of chocolate and return to the fridge. You will repeat this procedure until the egg is as thick as you want. Ideally, do this three times.
- After doing this process, leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes and carefully remove from the form. And you will have your traditional egg.
