- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- White chocolate90 g
- Colorless gelatin6 g
- Beat the condensed milk in the blender until it becomes a thick cream.
- Add half a box of cream, beat again and set aside.
- In a bowl, chop the chocolate into squares, add the rest of the cream.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until all the chocolate has melted.
- Add to the blender along with the cream and beat again.
- Hydrate the colorless gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15 seconds.
- Put the rest of the recipe in a blender and blend well.
- Now pour the mixture into a large serving dish or into smaller bowls.
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours.
- Finish by sprinkling nest milk on top or you can also finish with white chocolate shavings
