- Whisk the eggs and sugar on medium speed until completely mixed, then gradually add the wheat flour in the mixer, beat for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 50 grams of chocolate, 50% cocoa, the yeast and 90 ml. of water and beat on low speed for 1 minute, add the emucifier and beat on high speed until doubled in volume.
- Point, put the dough in half of the forminha and take it to bake.
- Preheat the oven to 180° before putting the cake in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
