- Yellow hominy500 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- coconut milk200 ml
- Grated Coconut1 cup
- Sugar1/3 teaspoon
- Wash the hominy beans
- Soak the corn in water
- Drain it, pour it into a pan and cover with water.
- Place on fire for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, drain and set aside.
- In another pan, pour the milk, condensed milk, sugar, coconut milk, coconut, cooked hominy corn and mix.
- Place over medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly until smooth.
