  • wheat flour550 g
  • honey250 g
  • sugar150 g
  • egg2 unit(s)
  • cinnamon1 dessert spoon
  • Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
  • Clove1 dessert spoon
  • Grated lemon rind to taste
  • baking soda2 teaspoon
  • cocoa powder (optional)1 dessert spoon
  1. Heat the honey in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven until it becomes liquid.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, and add the flour little by little, until balls form.
  3. Knead with your hands
  4. Grease your hands with a little butter, make small balls and flatten them.
  5. Place them in a greased and floured mold.
  6. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown.
