- Milk2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Honey1/2 cup
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Clove Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Chocolate bar2 unit(s)
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Sift the chocolate and flour into a bowl.
- Add the milk, sugar, honey, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.
- Add the yeast and bicarbonate. Stir and pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes.
- Develop the lukewarm cake and let it cool.
- Cut in half and fill with dulce de leche.
- Microwave the chopped chocolate for 1 minute. Stir well until melted. Add the cream of milk and mix very well. Throw it over the cake!
