- condensed milk390 g
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder1/2 cup
- Whole milk2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Put the water and sugar in a pan and let it boil until it thickens and turns a caramel color - pour it into a 19cm diameter baking dish and set aside.
- Put all the other ingredients in the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour the pudding into the reserved form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes in a water bath.
- Remove from the oven and take it to freeze.
- Serve chilled with a spoonful of chantilly cream.
