Honey bread stuffed with dulce de leche

- Milk2 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa3/4 cup
- Honey3/4 cup
- Flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Chocolate bar400 g
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, leaving the yeast and bicarbonate for last.
- Put the dough in small round molds and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the honey breads from the molds, wait to cool and cut in half, filling with dulce de leche.
- Cover with melted chocolate and let it dry on aluminum foil.
