- Chocolate bar fractionated with milk.500 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Grated colo100 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
- On low heat, stir constantly so it doesn't burn until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and you can turn it off.
- Transfer to a plate to cool and then, if you prefer, transfer to a pastry bag to make it easier to fill the truffles.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and pass two layers in the truffle molds. Beware of waste, do it calmly and take it to the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Then fill the chocolate shells still in the molds and close with melted chocolate.
- Take the fridge for 10 minutes and then unmold with delicacy so it doesn't break.
- Save them as you wish. Great tip for making an extra.
