- Flour4.1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Warm Milk1 cup
- Dry yeast10 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- (Filling) Butter5 tablespoon
- (Filling) Sugar1.1/2 cup
- (Filling) Shredded Coconut100 g
- In a bowl: Half the flour+sugar+yeast and mix
- Add: Eggs, salt, butter and warm milk, mix and add the rest of the flour
- Knead on a floured bench
- Let rest for 40 minutes or until doubled in size
- Divide the dough in 2
- (Stuffing) Mix: sugar and butter until it turns into a dough
- Open the dough, put half the stuffing and half the grated coconut
- Roll the dough like rocambole and cut
- Place the rolls in a greased and floured mold and let it rest for another 40 min.
- Bake in the oven at 200° until golden
