- warm milk300 ml
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Packet of dry yeast10 g
- grated coconut3 cup
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Mix in a bowl 1 egg, butter, sugar, salt, then add the milk and mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix until dissolved.
- Add the wheat flour little by little until it boils.
- Knead the dough for about 10 mins and let it rise for 30 mins.
- Stuffing: Mix 3 eggs, grated coconut and condensed milk until the last point of similarity with coconut.
- After the dough grows, the filling is spaced and rolled up, cut into slices and put in a greased shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 mins.
- This Hungarian slice is perfect with good coffee.
