- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Grated coconut for topping300 g
- Condensed milk for topping1/2 can(s)
- Lemon zest for topping1 teaspoon
- Margarine for topping3 tablespoon
- Dissolve all the yeast in the sugar and salt until it forms a liquid, then add the warm milk, eggs and butter and mix well. In this liquid, add a little flour as if you were going to make pancake dough. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest until bubbles form, approximately 20 minutes.
- Put the rest of the wheat flour slowly, until it unglued from your hands. Let it rest until it doubles in volume. Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, separately, mix all the stuffing ingredients and spread over the dough.
- Roll the dough like a rocambole, cut into thin slices. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden. After roasting, spread condensed milk on top.
