- warm milk2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Oil1/4 cup
- Wheat flour1 kg
- For filling, margarine10 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- grated coconut200 g
- For milk syrup2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Mix yeast, sugar and warm milk
- Then mix the eggs, margarine and oil.
- Finally, add the flour until it doesn't stick to your hand.
- Rest for 30 minutes, meanwhile make the filling.
- For the filling, mix everything over medium heat until it becomes a cream.
- Roll out half of the dough with a rolling pin
- Put half of the stuffing and roll like a roulade and then cut the slices
- Place the slices in a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
- For the syrup, just boil the milk and sugar.
- Spread the syrup on the still hot slices, and repeat the process with the other part of the dough.
