- Condensed milk (for syrup)120 ml
- Milk (for syrup)120 ml
- Grated coconut to finish50 g
- Pasta: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the ingredients for the filling.
- Mix until the dough is homogeneous (you may need more flour or more milk)
- After mixing, knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, knead the dough again for 15 minutes.
- Flour the sink or countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter
- Filling:
