- warm milk200 ml
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Dry Yeast20 g
- Wheat flour500 g
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- In a bowl place the eggs, oil, milk, salt, sugar and yeast and mix well.
- Then add the flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hand and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Make a paste with the 4 tablespoons of margarine and 1/2 cup of sugar (you can add some grated coconut if you wish)
- Open the dough and fill with the paste, then roll it up like a rocambole and cut the slices
- Bake until golden
- Finish with condensed milk and coconut on top
