- Emusifier2 tablespoon
- Neutral Alloy1 tablespoon
- Ice cream flavoring to taste
- liquid milk1 l
- Sugar3 cup
- In a blender place the milk, sugar and neutral alloy, beat for 5 minutes on medium speed.
- Then put it in an ice cream pot, take it to the freezer and leave it there for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours have passed, take it and put it in a mixer and add the Emusifier, beat on high speed until it doubles in size and obtain a creamy texture, add the flavoring gradually and experiment to see if it pleases your taste and continue beating. for the flavor to add to the dough
- If you want two flavors or more, you will have to separate the dough before adding the flavor, and you will do the same process mentioned above in relation to the flavoring.
