- white cream preparation 1/2 box of milk cream, powdered milk and sugar. In a pan over low heat mix the ingredients until it thickens, to the point of brigadier. Let it cool and forge the bottom of a refractory with the white cream.
- strawberry layer Place the cut strawberries on top of the white cream.
- chocolate ganache Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and then mix in the other half of the cream. Pour the ganache over the strawberries. Leave it in the fridge for 20 min and just taste it!
