- cake dough To prepare, just hit everything in the blender except the flour and the yeast that we are going to mix last. Pour in the shape of approximately 22x32 greased with margarine 🧈 Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.
- Brigadier preparation Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes off the bottom of the pan. (Make 2 measurements, 1 for the filling and another for the cover (wait for the assembly to finish before making the cover)
- Mounting: Cut the cake dough in half (horizontally) removing the side edges.
- Line a platter with a part of the dough and wet it to taste with water and condensed milk (you can use milk instead of water).
- Use little condensed milk, otherwise it can be too sweet. Place halved strawberries all around the platter (looks beautiful).
- Once that's done, put the brigadeiro filling and chopped strawberries with the broken side in contact with the dough (in this case they went up)
- Cover with the other part of the dough, water again and pour the brigadeiro frosting.
- Take the fridge covered with plastic film overnight and finish when serving with powdered milk and strawberries.
- The longer the cake stays in the fridge, the tastier it gets.
