- Vanilla Essence to taste
- Baking Powder2 teaspoon

- Chopped fruits to taste
- Whipped cream200 ml
- Sugar30 g
- *Pasta In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the yeast for last. Transfer the dough to a greased mold (I divided the dough into 3 round molds of 15cm in diameter each) and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- * Filling In a pan, with the fire off, mix the condensed milk, the egg yolks, the milk and the starch. When it's homogeneous, turn on the medium fire and stir non stop until it boils and thickens. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic film in contact and set aside until it cools down.
- * Roof After allowing the whipped cream mixture to freeze for at least 12 hours, beat it with the sugar in a mixer until firm.
- * Assembly After cold, unmold the masses. Add the chopped fruits to the filling cream. Intersperse the doughs with the stuffing and cover the cake with plastic film and take it to freeze overnight. The next day, finish with the whipped cream and put the fruits to decorate. Return the cake to the fridge until serving time.
