- Sour cream400 g
- condensed milk200 g
- Hot water300 ml
- I dissolved the gelatins in hot water, let it cool and blended it in a blender with the condensed milk and cream, poured the mixture into an ice cream pot and took it to the freezer for an hour.
- I took it out of the freezer and beat it in the mixer for 6 minutes, took it back to the freezer for 3 hours, it is very creamy and yields a lot. Served with a strawberry sauce.
