- Sour cream200 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Favorite flavor gelatin1 unit(s)
- Dissolve the gelatin as in the packet
- Add the dissolved gelatin, the cream and the condensed milk to the blender and blend until completely blended.
- Place in the freezer for 3 hours
- After that time, remove, cut into smaller pieces and beat in the mixer with the white whisk, little by little, until doubled in volume.
- Put it back in the freezer for another 4 hours.
