- Beat the condensed milk, corn starch, milk and egg yolks in a blender.
- Then put it in a pan and bring to the fire until it forms a cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, then let it cool.
- In the mixer, beat 4 egg whites, mix the cream with the whites, then mix with the cream you reserved and beat in the mixer for 5 minutes.
- CALDA: Mix the chocolate with the milk and bring to the fire, always stirring until it forms a syrup, then spread it on the bottom of a pudding pan.
- Put the cream in the form of pudding with the syrup and take it to the freezer for 4 hours. When serving, unmold!
