- In a pan, place the chocolate powder, water and sugar, stirring until the syrup forms, pour it into the mold and set aside.
- Place the yolks, condensed milk and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Then put the cream in the pan and cook until it thickens.
- Beat the egg whites and when it is hardening add the sugar and the cream, stirring gently.
- Then add the cold cream of the yolks along with the cream of the whites, mix well and place in the mold with the syrup. Place in the freezer until frozen
