- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sugar12 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder6 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Make a syrup with 6 spoons of sugar, 6 spoons of chocolate and 1/2 glass of water. Put it in the mold and freeze.
- Make a cream with the condensed milk, milk, 6 egg yolks and cornstarch. Let cool.
- Beat the egg whites and add 6 tablespoons of sugar, mix the whey-free cream and add to the condensed milk cream.
- Pour this cream into the form and take it to the freezer until it freezes.
- I use it from day to day.
- To remove from the form, pass the knife in the corners of the form, heat over the stove flame and unmold.
